WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
The return process must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. The product must be shipped back within 21 days. Return shipping costs, are the responsibility of the buyer. If the product is not returned in the original condition, the buyer is responsible for the loss in value. Custom or personalized orders can't be returned or exchanged.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
If you are not located in Canada or the United States, please contact us with regards to shipping options. We will work closely with you to find the best shipping option for the country you reside in.
WHAT IS THE PROCESSING TIME FOR MY ORDER?
The processing time varies on each item. Order that are made custom, do require more processing time. Our standard processing time is 3-4 days.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
At this time we do not accept order cancellations. However, please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
